14.15-15.15 (20 min presentations) – speakers Kim Somerville and Council for Learning Outside the Classroom (CLOtC) Eg ‘Conservation training and education – an initiative from Scotland based in Stirling’ David Miller (see below)

15.15 Liz Trueland, a teacher training historian as a speaker on authentic and phoney heritage

15.45 Tea

16.00 Schools forum with teachers and governors from Berwick schools and David, Margaret, Vicky, Mark and Jane as ‘Walled Town Heritage’ discussants

17.00 Tour of walls and walled town, including piercing the Cumberland bastion.

19.00 Reception and dinner at Queens Head Hotel
